For view lots, often yes — it meets code while keeping the view open. It costs more than wood and needs occasional tensioning, and we’ll give you the honest trade-offs.
Yes — if the deck structure is sound we can replace railings, stairs or both without rebuilding the whole deck.
Sometimes, especially structural stair changes. We flag it up front and handle any permits as part of the job.
